4 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit — no alternative methods are permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

8 Account Closure & Suspension
